On Second Thought…No Gathering Today!
Hey everyone…I hope you get this in time, but we’ve got families with guests and sickness, and out of town stuff going on, so we’re not going to meet this week. See you all at our house next week…still finishing up Galatians chapter 6!

Ok, I’m a slacker. It’s Saturday night and I’m just now posting this! Tomorrow is the last chapter of Galatians–chapter 6! It’s also bring whatever you’ve got for lunch. Make sure to bring your ideas for what we’ll study next and to bring canned foods and other items for the ministry center–tomorrow is the deadline!

Quick Prayer Request
I wanted to ask that everyone pray for Vic’s Mom today. She is having gall bladder surgery. Any surgery at her age is risky, so let’s pray that God would use the doctors today to heal her and bring her safely out of surgery. Thanks.

What is church?
That question is such a simple, profound question that it seems almost laughable that many Christians live most of their lives without ever asking it. Doesn’t it seem bizarre that we’d live most of our Christian lives and “going to church” without ever really wondering or taking the time to find out what church really is? I want to spend this entry and the next talking about what the Bible says church is.
