At Perimeter Pointe we have simplified and streamlined our approach so we can be effective in fuliflling our mission of deveolping disciples who love God and love people. We believe the church is living and organic–a lot like a plant or a tree! Our process to connect and grow people mirrors the organic process of plants! The first step is to find a small group worship gathering that you’d like to participate in!
First Level - Simple Worship Gatherings
A home church gathering is the first step in this process. Home Churches are made up of families who meet each week for bible study, prayer, accountability, food, and community. It’s a place where you love and are loved and a place where you are missed when you’re not there. Essentially, home churches are New Testament churches all over the community. But it doesn’t end here…the gathering is just the beginning of being the church!
Second Level - Occasional Learning and Ministry Opportunities
From time to time, it becomes important for Christians to gather together for a special training or ministry opportunity. This could be something like evangelism training, a special worldview workshop, or a mission event or opportunity. These opportunities also provide an opportunity for the different house churches to learn and serve together!
Deep Level - Life Transformation Groups
The place where we want everyone to get eventually is Life Transformation Groups. These are groups of 2-3 people of the same sex who meet weekly for 3 things and 3 things only. 1) Accountability (the really honest and ugly stuff), 2) Reading of God’s Word (average 25 chapters a week and discuss it), and 3) praying for the souls of men and women (reaping the harvest of new plants).
